The idea for Bonsai Wellness started years ago. As a kid, I was diagnosed with a mild case of scoliosis along with a condition in my knees called Osgood-Schlatter. This caused me a great deal of pain for years. After an auto accident, I found out I had four herniations and bulging discs with one protruding into my spinal canal and one disintegrating. Every doctor that looked at my MRI recommended surgical procedures. I wasn’t ready to have my spine fused in three different places at 16. At the time, the odds were not the best on back surgeries for leaving patients pain-free. I refused the surgery and started researching alternative medicines. There have been many non-surgical options that have helped me and kept me out of surgery. Between physical therapy, acupuncture, and other methods, I have been able to stay upright and out of surgery. One of the biggest things that have helped me has been taking CBD every day. It has helped in so many ways from my overall physical abilities and mental well-being.
